Deliveries & Returns
Delivery
Delivery is included in the price of all products.
Orders are typically shipped via pallet delivery to reduce handling and minimise the risk of damage in transit. The delivery carrier will vary depending on the delivery location.
All delivery vehicles are equipped with a tail lift to assist unloading.
If your delivery location has restricted access or special delivery requirements, please notify us when placing the order so suitable arrangements can be made.
Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and items must be unused and in their original condition.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 14 days.
